Hotel Kindli Zurich, Zurich

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and with a nice view of the city, felt a bit cramped for the price paid. The service was friendly overall but lacked attention to detail at times. The central location was convenient for exploring the old town and shopping district but could get a bit noisy, especially with bands marching through the city. The dining options were satisfactory but somewhat repetitive. On the bright side, the facilities met expectations, offering a good range of amenities.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and charming in an 'old world' style, perfect for the area, with great views. The service was top-notch, with staff being friendly, helpful, and providing personal attention. The location was ideal for exploring Zurich, situated in the middle of the old town in a quiet pedestrian zone. The dining experience was equally delightful with beautifully presented dishes and lovely service. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed.

The hotel offers a charming view across the rooftops to the towers of the Grossmunster, with tastefully old-style rooms, albeit a bit small. My room, while tiny, was super clean and boasted a very nice bathroom. The service was superb with all clerks being exceptionally friendly and providing excellent recommendations, fluent in multiple languages. The location is ideal, near the river and a short walk from the impressive shopping district, making it perfect for exploring historical sites and enjoying the serene pedestrian zone. Dining was a delight in the beautiful restaurant with the best experience I've had in Switzerland. Facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
